The hotel was located in the heart of a lovely old town, making it the ideal base for exploring the nearby restaurants and local sites. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with traditional features like shutters and air conditioning that added to its charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the large bathroom with a lovely shower was a wonderful addition. I also appreciated the lounge area with complimentary tea and coffee facilities, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast provided a good selection of options, including fresh orange juice, croissants, and a delightful range of teas and Nespresso coffee. the attention to detail in this hotel was impeccable.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was perfect.

We had an amazing time exploring the charming town of Xativa during our stay at the B&B. The location was ideal, with bars and restaurants just around the corner, and the town's sites within easy walking distance. Our room was lovely, with a spacious bathroom and a refreshing shower that the whole family enjoyed. The check-in process was swift and Ferran, the host, went above and beyond in providing us with all the necessary information about the town. , the breakfast spread was delightful, with fresh orange juice, croissants, and a selection of teas and nespresso coffee. it was a truly memorable experience for our entire family.
In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the B&B offered some kid-friendly activities or a small play area for families with children.

Loved feeling like I was in a botanical garden with the natural beauty surrounding the guesthouse. The coffee/tea in the common area was a delightful pick-me-up. And who could forget the thrilling tour/ticket assistance? Such fun!
Oh, and let's not forget the self parking. What a joy it was to find a spot with ease.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast in a peaceful and historic area. the location couldn't have been better, as it was nestled in a lovely quiet street in the heart of the old town. This made it a perfect base for exploring all the nearby historic sites and also for trying out the local restaurants. the room I stayed in was simply impressive, with its spacious layout, high ceilings, and beautiful traditional features like shutters. the bathroom was also a standout, with its size and lovely shower. the service provided by the host was top-notch, they were extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. the breakfast provided was simple yet satisfying, with options like croissants, toast, and various meats and cheeses. my experience at this bed and breakfast was exceptional, with only a minor downside being the basic self-serve breakfast. this was easily overlooked considering the overall quality of the accommodation and the excellent service provided. I would highly recommend this place as a fantastic option for anyone looking to explore the historic attractions and enjoy the local dining scene.
